Shipping terms are confirmed separately for every B2B quotation because destination, value, product type, insurance and import requirements can differ.

Quotation and Shipping Terms
The final quotation should state the agreed shipping method, delivery term, insurance arrangement, shipping charge and responsible party. Any estimate shown before order confirmation is informational and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Packing and Dispatch
Diamonds and jewellery are packed according to the product type and agreed order requirements. Dispatch takes place only after required approvals, payment conditions, documentation and destination checks are completed.
Carriers and Secure Logistics
Depending on availability, destination and order value, shipping may be arranged through suitable courier, freight or secure valuable-goods logistics providers. The selected provider is confirmed in the order documentation; listing a carrier on the website does not guarantee availability for every shipment.
Insurance, Risk and Title
Insurance coverage, transfer of risk and transfer of title must be stated in the accepted quotation, invoice or written order terms. Buyers should not assume that insurance is included unless it is clearly confirmed in writing.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import licences, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and local compliance are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless the accepted quotation expressly states otherwise. Buyers should verify destination requirements before confirming an order.
Delivery Delays
Customs inspections, carrier disruption, incomplete buyer documents, payment checks, destination restrictions and events outside reasonable control can delay delivery. Updated information will be shared when available.
Inspection and Claims
Inspect the package and products promptly after delivery. Any visible transit damage, shortage or specification concern should be reported immediately with photographs, packaging evidence and shipping documents. Claim timing and eligibility depend on the agreed order terms and carrier or insurer requirements.
Restricted Destinations
Orders and shipments remain subject to applicable export controls, sanctions, carrier rules, destination restrictions and business verification. ROY DIAMOND may decline or pause a shipment when required information or lawful clearance is unavailable.
