• Commercial invoice or pro forma invoice, as applicable.
• Packing list with order-level details.
• Payment and dispatch references where applicable.
• Other commercial information agreed in the quotation.

Diamond and Jewellery Information

• Diamond type disclosure: natural or laboratory-grown.
• Stone specifications stated in the accepted order.
• Metal purity and product specifications stated in the accepted order.
• CAD or design approval records when custom manufacturing is included.

Laboratory Reports

A laboratory report or report copy is supplied only when the specific stone or product is sold with that report. The laboratory name, report number and verification method should be confirmed before purchase. Website references to laboratories do not mean every item is certified.

Shipping Documents

Carrier receipt, tracking information, insurance evidence or customs-related documents may be supplied when they apply to the agreed shipment and are available from the relevant service provider.

Buyer Verification

For certain orders, destinations or payment methods, buyers may be asked to provide company details, billing and shipping information, tax or import identifiers, authorised-contact information or other reasonable verification.

Accuracy and Verification

Review all quotation, invoice, certificate and shipping information before approval. Report any discrepancy promptly. Independent laboratory reports should be verified through the issuing laboratory’s official verification method.
